Any suggestions?

I had a Tubal 7 years ago, they were just clipped, not cut or burnt. My new husband and I are really hoping to add one more addition to our new family. We are trying to find information on reversal VS invitro in New Brunswick, Canada. Any one have any thing useful they can share?
