Default Stomach ache

I am having such a bad stomach ache today, all day. It doesn't feel like heart burn, but it might indigestion. Or constipation. I'm just so uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

tums, gas-x, peri-colace
lots of water! (BTW that doesn't work for my tummy troubles but it helps with constipation I'm told)

Carbonated water or soda. (I use carbonated water because I get sick of all the sugar in soda and I don't like sugar substitutes like in diet sodas).

for me, the carbonation makes tummy troubles worse, unless it is mostly flat ginger ale.

Don't over-do it but move around as much as possible. I had horrible gas pockets while preg, moving around made them work out faster.
As much as I hated water, it did help w/ constipation. It was so horrible for awhile that I felt like I would explode.
I also have reflux and it was really bad while preg. I had to take previcid, which according to my OB is safe during pregnancy. If it gets worse or don't let up you may want to try that.

Lots and lots of water which could help if you are constipated but i always felt sicky and very uncomfortable in my chest and that was when i realised i was having really bad heartburn with my daughter. Gaviscon worked a treat for me and i started to feel better without a couple of hours. Anything for heartburn is a good idea, try it and if that does not work then you know the strike that off as possible reasons.
