Default Question.

Um, I know having back pain is normal when pregnant. But yesterday my right kidney has started aching and hasn't stopped it's gotten so bad it's hard for me to move. Is it from the baby or would it be from something else? i'm confused but it's really bothering me. it's just an on-going pain now.

If it is terribly painful, I would call the doctor. Even if it isn't TERRIBLY painful, I would call the doctor if it bothered me enough. The worst they can do is tell you to come in, or they might have some advice over the phone. It never hurts to ask. that's what they are there for.

I would call your OB. I don't think it's normal to have severe pain even when not pregnant.

You could have a kidney infection or a pulled muscle. I would call my OB. The baby is nowhere near your kidney area right now and I seriously doubt it could be pregnancy related, but it needs to be checked out.

Yes best to ring your doctor, any ammount of pain when your pregnant or not is always worth getting checked over for. They get paid to be your support for when your not sure

That's great that you can now move and it doesnt hurt anymore, but if it does come back be sure to get it checked over so it doesnt continue to worry you

As for morning sickness oooh your lucky i had it from the start and still do, haha must be a unlucky one indeed. Damn sorry you feel crap in the mornings, sounds weird but try taking a warm bath in the mornings it should relax you
