Sharp pains in stomach?

Well I'm very close to the end now as you can see from my ticker but today I had these terrible sharp pains in my stomach, however I don't think they were anything to do with the baby as they were quite high up. I noticed that it always happened about 10 minutes after I'd eat or drink something. Anyone else get this? I definately don't remember pains like this with 1st pregnancy.
