CSara,
With a family history of diabetes, I was terrified about the results of that test. Just be aware that even if you get a postive result on that test when you take it, it could be a false positive. I had a positive but, to be sure, I had to take the 3 hour test (which thank goodness showed the original was a false positive because it came out negative - I was so relieved). I was so nervous waiting for the results. With the 3 hour one I remember I couldn't eat after midnight when I was having the test at 8 AM, don't recall the 1 hour one though. Good Luck! |
