Most moms talk about getting back down to their pre-preggo weight after having a baby. Well, I’ve been there and below for almost half a year already, but it’s that pre-baby body I really miss. And I don’t mean just before this baby, I mean pre-KIDS. I want my old body back…..or even better. I’m certainly not getting any younger and we all know as you get older, your metabolism just gets slower. So, it’s time I make a change. I think (and I hope) by sharing my journey with all of you, it will hold me accountable for myself and making sure that I don’t just cop out on this plan of getting fit and HOT. Yes, I said hot. I am going to be a hot mama – you wait and see.
Right now, according to this bmi calculator I fall under the category of normal weight. However, I am on the high end of normal (nearing overweight) and I just don’t look or feel as good as I know I can. I don’t want to just be fine with the way I am, I want to actually be fine (as in hot, as in sexy, as in “damn she looks fine“).
Currently I look about 3-4 months pregnant. I have this poochy tummy that somewhat resembles a large tumor that I really need to lose. I have a saggyish butt that definitely needs perking and of course my thighs could definitely use a general slim down. Oh and the back fat that I can pinch way too much of. It’s gotta go. See ya later, chub! I’m kicking you out. Who wants to join me?
