You think making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is so easy, huh? Well, it is. But, there are different ways to do it. I pack my son’s lunch for school the night before and he gets PB&J at least once a week. What I do, is take the bread straight from the freezer so it is firm. Also, by the time it defrosts the next day it is perfectly soft like it was when I first bought it. (side note: I freeze my bread directly after taking it home from the store)
I take out a piece of aluminum foil to make the sandwich on, so as to not unnecessarily dirty a plate. Then I first put the jelly onto one side of the bread.
Next comes the peanut butter:
This next step is probably the most important. Use the very special Dino Cutter to remove the crust and make the sandwich look like two dinosaurs!

Then I wrap it up in the foil and it is ready to go in my son’s lunchbox in the fridge for the night!
