Aren’t We All Busy Moms?

Lately I’ve been seeing articles left and right geared towards “busy moms”. I don’t get it. Aren’t all moms busy? I don’t “work” (as in make money) outside the house, but I sure as hell am not sitting on my butt watching television and eating bon-bons all day. I’m busy. Very busy. Like too busy to call a pool guy to fix my green pool….and too busy to find a handy man to finally bring to conclusion all of the unfinished projects in my home. Ok, I actually do have the time to make a few important phone calls, but my point is, why the redundant wordage? Saying busy mom is like saying fierce lion.  I mean DUH!
