I remember with my first pregnancy that I was so amazed to be 36 weeks pregnant. I had my Group B Strep test at my appointment, which I will have again this upcoming Tuesday. My OB checked for dilation and I was still high and closed, but my son was engaged and in perfect position for a smooth vaginal delivery.
