Stocks - now this is something new for me, but my husband will agree that it’s about time I became interested in them. He, on the other hand, has been heavily into them for the past five years and currently blogs all about it at stockrake.com.

He recently came up with the idea for the New Child Portfolio, which I think is brilliant. He says it’s not such an innovative idea, he’s just doing what he has always done. Since when is my husband modest? LOL

So, I’m told that once I make any amount of money by picking a good stock or making a trade, which I am so not qualified to do right now, I am going to be addicted. Is this true? Are any of you mommies into stocks? Let me know, maybe we can start a Baby Talkers Stock Club. Now that is something a little different from my Thursday night book club!
