Today I decided to switch Friday’s Fifteen to Friday’s Five. Fifteen is a bit too ambitious for me. I also don’t have a theme this week. I’m just going to tell you five random things about my day.

1. I’m having one of those days where I just want to leave my kid with someone else for a few hours and do my own thing. I’m not in the mood for temper tantrums or whining today.

2. We had a play date at the park this morning. We met 5 other moms and their kids, all just about my son’s age. It was nice to let the kids run around and climb on the playground. The weather was beautiful, we all got to wear sweatshirts and pants.

3. Instead of napping, my son is sitting next to me watching ‘Bob the Builder’. I wish he would fall asleep.

4. It’s 12:41pm. I haven’t eaten lunch yet, but I’m hungry and I’m thinking about what I’m going to have. I think maybe a salad loaded with veggies and cheese. I had a bagel with cream cheese and tomato for breakfast. (holy cow - my son JUST fell asleep)

5. I just found out that my cleaning lady babysits. Why didn’t she tell me this a year ago?!?!? I’m happy about this because now I have a baby sitter and my son knows her.
