Disposable Place Mats

Whoever invented the Stick On Place Mats is a pure genius. When my son was younger, I brought them with me everywhere. Instead of putting his food all over the germ-infested table at a restaurant, I stuck down these colorful, disposable place mats and let him go to town. He loved having the food right there in front of him to grab and play with. I never had to worry about the mess on the table or the germs he might be picking up. Not only is it a sanitary solution, it is great for entertaining your kid.

My boy loves to inspect all the different table toppers we have. They make several different Sesame Street ones, Dora , and Blue’s Clues. They come in packs of 20 or 50 and take up absolutely no space. The best part is that you can just peel it right off the table (or leave it on) and throw it away. No need to worry about cleaning it up.

Now that my son is older and uses a plate and utensils, we sometimes bring them along just for distraction. I always like to keep them in my diaper bag just in case. People are always asking me what they are and where I got them.
