Coffee Machine Killer
I’ve officially been dubbed the coffee machine killer. I don’t know what it is but I can’t seem to keep any of my coffee-makers fresh and working correctly. Is it possible to just not know how to make a freakin’ pot of coffee the right way? I don’t think so. I swear it’s the water…..but everywhere I’ve lived? That doesn’t make sense, does it? I clean my pots, I’ve recently changed the water filter on my Cuisinart coffee maker (which was way overdue, but still…) and I use it daily. Well, not anymore since the coffee comes out tasting and smelling like burnt rubber. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have gone through many different coffee machines and after a while the coffee just starts tasting nasty. How do you maintain, clean, care for and basically keep your coffee maker going? I’m sending out an SOS!!! I love my coffee maker and don’t want to see it die. Plus, a mama needs her coffee!! Please help me save it!! BTW, Amazon is having a kick-butt sale on this particular coffee maker. I’m almost tempted to just buy a new one, but I’d prefer to do all I can for my current one first.
