Delicious Summer Salad

Just thought I would share this delicious summer salad! It’s so easy and very family friendly. My 2 year old loves it. Ingredients: Tomatoes Cantaloupe Fresh Basil Goat Cheese Olive Oil Salt Freshly Ground Pepper Chop tomato and cantaloupe into small chunks. Mix with olive oil. Scatter with basil and goat cheese. Needing a Vacation

I’m getting the itch. It is totally time for a vacation. The Summer heat is exhausting. The daily and nightly grind is getting old. I need a change of pace.
