First Birthday Parties

Today we went to one of my friend’s son’s first birthday party. My son and him play together all the time and it is so cute to see them recognize each other, wave hello and good bye and be genuinely excited to see one another.

The party was very adorable and every detail was done just so. I remember around the time of my son’s first birthday and the parties of kids around his age. I was clueless on what to get for a one year old boy. Now I feel like an old pro. Much to my bank account’s dismay, buying things for little boys has become second nature to me.
